Q.1 Conclusion – For the participants, the most important factors when considering a house purchase are: Location, Construction Quality, Development Services & Facilities, Value for Money and Developer Reputation.
The least important factors are: Staff Quarters and Rental Income.

Q.2 Conclusion – For the participants, the most important factors for real estate agents are: Honest info Vs Sales Pitch, Quality of Website, Product Knowledge and Local Reputation. The least important factors are: High Street Office, Call on Phone VS Email and Quality of Marketing Materials.
